Briefed to create a space which evoked a sense of community, NoChintz devised and delivered a scheme which took inspiration from the buildings location on the River Irwell to create a fluidity to the space with moments designed for natural connections.

Community walls, large lounge sets, inviting reception desk, communal tables and an island refreshment station with a soft scheme of muted blue and green tones deliver a relaxed community space. NoChintz worked directly with manufactures in India to create over 16 meters of bespoke, hand knotted rugs which feature the ebb and flow of the Irwell.
